Mobile Service is Free

Unlike other glass companies, our mobile service is complimentary and included in your service. Whether you decide to come in-shop or have us come to you, the price is the same. Since we are a well-established business, we have dozens of technicians spread across the greater Houston area, including in Humble, each going to their designated areas of service. We’re able to save our time and money by hiring technicians that both live and work in their service areas, which ultimately makes it so that they do not have to travel from our headquarters to perform their services, thus saving money which we pass on to our customers. Instead of having to drive from The Woodlands to Humble, we can call up our Humble technicians who are already in the area, ready to take on more appointments. Repair or Replacement?

A crack or chip appears on your windshield. Maybe you saw the rock kick up from the vehicle in front of you, inevitably making its way toward your windshield and taking a chunk of glass with it. Or maybe when you started your morning commute one day, there’s suddenly a mysterious, unexplained crack dividing your windshield and threatening the possibility of a shatter. Regardless of your situation, there comes a time when you need auto glass service. Many of our customers give us a call to determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary. It largely depends on the size of the chip or crack, but there are other factors that feed into our determination. A good rule of thumb is that if the chip or crack is smaller than the size of a quarter, a rock chip repair is the appropriate fix. However, if the damage is larger than a quarter, a replacement is necessary in order to maintain the structural integrity of the windshield.
