We began from humble roots, with just one owner-employee servicing the entire Houston area out of one truck! Since then, we’ve grown quickly and we continue to expand. Do I Need a Repair or Replacement?

Many of our customers come to us unsure of if they need a repair or replacement. As with many things, the answer is “it depends”. However, typically what we recommend is calling us and describing your situation. From there, we will be able to identify if a repair or replacement is necessary. We may ask you to email us photos so we can guarantee the best course of action. Typically, for chips or cracks that are smaller than the size of a quarter, we can safely and easily perform an auto glass repair. An auto glass repair prevents the damage from spreading further, but doesn’t always fix the cosmetic appearance. In many cases, a side effect of an auto glass repair is that the damage actually does cosmetically improve or disappear! If your damage is larger than the size of a quarter, give us a call! We may advise that you need a replacement, or we will recommend a crack repair. Either way, we will tell you how it is and ensure that you are as informed as possible.
