Our Story
In May of 2000, Woodlands Glass Express opened, (later to become Texan Glass Express. Through future growth and expansion, Texan Glass & Solar Control become the operating name. We opened the first location in The Woodlands, TX with just one employee and one truck. What began as just an auto glass repair and replacement company serving the north Houston area quickly evolved into much more. Over the years, Texan Glass & Solar Control has continued to expand both in services offered and locations across Texas. Our commitment to customer service and passion for what we do has been our foundation since the beginning. When it comes to the glass and solar control industries we haven’t just seen it all – we’ve lead the way. From a simple rock chip repair to replacing windows across an entire commercial building, no job is too big or too small.
In November of 2017, we opened the doors to our brand new 9,300 sq. ft. corporate facility in The Woodlands, TX featuring a full showroom and state of the art design center. Our design center gives customers the opportunity to discuss their project plans with a trained Texan professional and go over options in depth. When it comes to your vehicle, home or business – we treat it as our own. We invite you to stop by and meet our wonderful staff at any of our 7 brick and mortar stores across Texas.
